Why?

When everything is still quiet we meet at the beach for a mind and bodyful yoga practice infused by Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Somatics. 

 

In order to stay strong and mobile we need movement.

In order to meet life's ups and downs we need self-love, inner peace and grace.

We can develop those qualities through a regular Yoga practice.

 

The morning yoga practice in the sand, close to the ocean infuses calm and serenity. We cultivate gratitude and inner peace. Regulate the nervous system and release endorphins through movement. 

 

Take this special moment for yourself,

to just be in the present moment. 

Fill your own cup by giving yourself attention. Only from a filled cup we can pour our energy and love back to others.

Loving, connecting to ourselves and grounding into the healing  qualities of nature.  

What?

Holistic Yoga practice for people who want to treat themselves with a movement practice that plays with Yoga styles and free movement to keep the body mobile, flexible and strong. Playing with shape and motion as access points inwards, into whatever is there - entering the direct experience of the body. Come as you are and enjoy the flow. 

We will share a fusion of Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin Yoga and Somatics now and then.
No previous experience is necessary. All levels are welcome.
